i went running today... across the campo to the campidoglio, ascending stairs designed by michaelangelo, around and down through the forum. dodging puddles and asian tourists, running on streets built millenia ago... down to the colosseum, one lap around and then up to mussolinis typewriter. back to the campo for fresh fruit and corn flakes with honey. in 45 minutes.
